Prep time: 15 minutes


  • 1 (5-oz.) package baby arugula
  • 2 cups halved red grapes
  • 1 shallot, very thinly sliced (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
  • Shaved Parmesan cheese


  • 2 tablespoon Bella Sera Red Blend
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together wine, vinegar, Dijon and garlic in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil, then mayonnaise. Place arugula, grapes and shallots in a medium bowl and drizzle with dressing; toss well to coat with dressing. Place on 6 salad plates and sprinkle with walnuts. Add cheese, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
