  An inviting Merlot with alluring red cherry flavors, soft tannins throughout, and a pleasant fruit finish. Classic Merlot cherry bouquet with a slight menthol aroma. Bella Sera Merlot is a perfect complement for a wide range of foods, particularly poultry, grilled meats, and tomato based pasta sauces.


 
  FINISHED WINE:
  Varietal Content:  The grapes for this 2008 Merlot were crushed and pumped over. After fermentation in upright, stainless steel tanks, they went through limited maceration.
